We have already completed the in a higher place step and no luck.
Further data you lot require:
1. Win10 and Win7 OS and SFB version is MSO (xvi.0.10325.20030) 32-bit
ii. Steps to get error message
a. enter in contact proper name
b. right mouse click on contact and select "Add to contacts list"
c. select group that contact is to go into
d. error message appears
3. All SFB users are getting the aforementioned error message
4. Does not thing which figurer you lot log into mistake message is still happening
As mentioned this was working perfectly fine since getting SFB installed in early 2016. Information technology has but appeared in last few months when doing an upgrade on O365.

Then delete this original .UCCAPI file and restart your skype for Business. In this way, Skype for Business organisation will generate new .UCCAPI logs. The .UCCAPI logs will contain SIP letters (INFO, Mistake, WARN, TRACE) generated by the Skype for Business concern customer in a readable format.
